I have over 20 years experience counselling both individuals and couples. I am a BACP Registered and Accredited Counsellor.
Over the last 20 years I have worked in the following areas:
A Counselling organisation where I provide brief and long-term counselling to individuals and couples.
Establishing and running mindfulness courses in York, Malton and Scarborough.
GP surgeries where I counselled a wide spectrum of people with many different issues including stress, depression, loss, relationship difficulties, domestic and sexual abuse.
Hospitals where I established and managed a counselling service to help people deal with loss and life changes due to health issues.
A relationship organisation where I organised and ran relationship courses for couples preparing for marriage.
